The room was very clean and staff was nice. We loved the Hotel's tea products and having tea and coffee available in our room. The area ist quiet, but only a few minutes walk away, there's shimashi station and the surrounding area which is bustling and offers great food options.

Smaller boutique-type hotel that allowed us to relax from the hustle and bustle like other hotels. The rooms were nicely appointed, serene and very clean. Enjoyed the variety of teas with tea set and Japanese snacks. Breakfast was sufficient and nicely arranged with fresh baked pastries. The front desk and restaurant staff were welcoming and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service is excellent and the room is very well laid out has everything you need and then some. Felt very pampered instead of just provided for. The matcha tea they hand-make for you in the morning and afternoon if you like is such a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel. We would book here again for sure.
