When I book this hotel via Expedia for one adult and two children (11 and 14 years old), it clearly says it provides addional bedding to my child. But when I arrived the hotel, there was only one double bed provided in a tiny room, which has no room to allow 1 adult and 2 children to sleep. I talked to the receiption, they refused to upgrade us for free. At the end, I have to pay for additional room for that night, which ended up cost me more than double of my original booking fee.
The description of the bedding and room on Expedia is absolutely incorrect, and the hotel was not willing to do anything about it. It was a horrible experience for my trip.
On the second day, the hotel asked me to pay extra $70 per night to upgrade to a big room with two beds. When I asked the hotel to provide me a douvet, they refused to do so. They told me that I only paid for two people to stay since the 11 years old child staying for free, so they only provide two duvets. They can't provide an additional duvet...... What a joke!!
Also this hotel is very close to a train line, it's super noisy in the room.
