"The biggest downside was the food, i highly recommend you buy your own food before going to the island, because the only food available is whats on the menu. Thats it The food was below average and at time not eatable. There is a shop for buying junk food like noodles and biscuits but its super expensive The breakfast which was included in price is good, they do eggs! And they provide fruit and its a buffet rather than a menu When you book, choose ocean bure up to 17 you can swim in front...

Mana exceeded our expectations!

"Was a bit weary booking here after reading mixed reviews. But didnt need to be. Although slightly tired in decor this resort is under new management. They are investing to bring up the standard. Half board included in the room and a huge variety of cuisine options for the fussy young and old. Adults only pool. The island for fans of survivior. Good bang for buck if you like clean but enjoy hanging at the bach! We will be back and bring family and friends next time. "

"Very happy place, a little expensive with meals, check out could be easier having my daughter in law exit in a queue for 30mins to be told when it was her turn that the cashier was closed and she would have to join the end of another queue- very stressful when trying to get the ferry. Staff member was not polite and caused some distress"

"This resort is great for relaxation. Everything is done for you, the staff are thoughtful and the service was good. The spa was amazing. We spent 3 nights here and it was the perfect length stay. The accommodation was breathtaking. The only shame was you could only get cocktails during happy hour."

"This place is fantastic! The resort run by people who put a lot of efforts to make your stay as good as it can be. Our family if 5, 4 adults and one kid stayed in bite 13 and we all loved it. The food is included, it was great, variety of options including vegetarian/ vegan options. Snorkeling is great just off your room. If you stay in bure you are 10 steps from the ocean. They also run snorkeling tours twice a day. Please do yourself a favor and not read old reviews about limited food options. The food was great: chicken, beef, lamb, fish, mashed potatoes, rice, chickpeas stew, steamed spinach, service just to name a few. Even my super picky kid was able to find something to eat every day. One day they saw him not eating and made French fries for him so he won’t be hungry. So, if you are looking for a great place to stay with people who treat you as a family and know your name this is the place for you. This property is not 5 star resort. There are still clean hot showers, bathrooms, every day room/bure service. It’s a bit run down, but nothing can beat the location and snorkeling, so overall it is a fantastic stay for families. We also did 2 2-tank dives there and our dive master Erik was very accommodating( thank you Erik) Thank you so much Mumma and the entire team for your hospitality! Special thank you to Ivy for a great massage. We will be back. Vinaka!"

"Lomani Island Resort is an excellent place to stay at. The staff were amazing and always so helpful and friendly. They we very accomadating and went out of their way to make Claire and my honeymoon an amazing experience. We both highly recommended this resort for those wishing to unwind, experience culture and paradise. It is also has great access to other areas on the island and the activities are amazing/loads of fun. Finally the bliss of having no kids around is great as you can go at your pace or Fiji time. Definitely worth having 2 weeks without kids when your job is teaching. 5 stars all round."
