"I loved this property. But I am a fit person. I take stairs and exercise regularly. So I had great experience. Not so much my unfit boyfriend and my unfit mom! But I am glad I booked that hotel with a bunch of stairs. It made them climb them up and down. So it was a great exercise for them. If you are afraid that you won’t be able to drag bags up and down. Don’t worry the stuff of the hotel will help you. They are so nice. Take your unfit relatives there and leave them for the whole stay....

"4.5/5 amazing stay with very good hosts. All of our needs were taken care of and balloon ride and tours were arranged with the help of the hotel. They were very flexible and very nice and even helped us change rooms when something wasn’t working in our original room. The breakfast spread is varied and really good. The views are amazing and everything is clean. Everything is sort of dimly lit in the rooms which makes getting ready a bit difficult but the rooms themselves are very cozy "

"Absolutely STUNNING property! Wonderful views. Very clean, lots of amenities. AMAZING breakfast buffet! The best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen actually. Helpful, kind, and friendly staff. Literally nothing but an absolutely wonderful experience. Checks off everything. Sunrise views, views of the rock formations, great food, great location, great staff, lovely restroom, steamy water Loved it!! I would absolutely recommend!! "

"The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful, specially a young lady, whose name I don’t remember, who helped my wife in making the right decisions. She was very knowledgeable, well mannered, pleasant, a great listener, and overall very helpful. Breakfast was great, with many options. The terrace was a great place to have breakfast and watch balloons and sunrise. All in all a great experience!!!"
