"I stayed in a Capsule but everything was comfortable, all amenities were accessible and plase was clean. Just other guests using the cupsules area were not organized and clean. Area around the lake is beautiful and clean, be aware as everything around the shops and bus stopos around 6pm."

"This was a lovely, spacious space for a family to stay in. The location was perfect, walkable to the train station, buses, and world heritage temples. There was a beautiful view to wake up to as well. And our host, Kenji, was so friendly and helpful, giving us advice and enthusiastic recommendations. I couldn't recommend Stay Nikko more, we loved it. "

"There are two rooms in total, one is mixed room and the other is female room. Since my friend and I were the only guests that day, the owner treated us very good and very willing to provide information about nikko to us! And the hostel is quite close to JR and tobu station. We visited there in winter, and it was snowing, but inside the hostel was very warm, heaters and warm water bags were provided. I must stay there next time when travel to nikko."

"Rakuten villa nikko is like my dreamhouse. Everything you can possibly need are provided. The villa itself makes for a perfect vacation villa with breakfast on the lanai, beautiful TV and sofa area, wonderful setting, sauna and onsen bath. The relaxation area outside the bath smells like you are in the forest! My only complaint would be the checkin email which was never sent. As we need it to get inside the villa. If it was sent automatically, everything would be perfect."

"Really like this apt like hotel. We can relax and cook after day of sightseeing. The room is so spatious that we missed it so much after returning back to Tokyo. The big bath soak is so nice. I do recommend taking a taxi to and from the the train station if you have large suitcases with you. The taxi cost only about 1000jpy using the Go app."
