"Sometimes the light of entrance was off , so it will be a little bit difficult for finding the entrance. The explanation of the wifi setting and the process of checking out is different between the notes on the table in the room and the information from the web-site . "The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the station, and has convenient access to Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. There's also a bus station with a direct airport limousine service, which makes traveling very convenient. The hotel itself was clean, with decent amenities, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a good stay with no major issues—would recommend for those looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Sapporo."

"The accommodation was clean and had all the utilities you would need for a short or longer stay. We cooked most night so it was very handy having a cooker, full fridge, cooking appliance and utensils. They cleaned our room once for our long stay. Walking distance to town and to the train station. I would definitely stay again "

"Very clean and had every amenity provided (laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toiletries). But one of the upper bunks creaked a lot. Probably needs tightening of the screws. Good thing we only needed 3 beds so it didn’t affect us. Location was very near both the subway and streetcar (5 min walks) Can take airport bus straight to Sapporo prince hotel and then walk 10min to accommodation. "

"Pros: Spacious and clean room. Beautiful night view. Cons: Uncomfortably cold in the bathroom, toilet and bedrooms. Lights fixtures are too light and we kept hitting our heads. Portable heaters were not turned on before we arrived and even when we turned on the portable heaters for 3 days, the whole apartment is still cold overall especially in -3 degrees Celsius. "It is a great property, very clean, and especially the host, very friendly and helpful, and very prompt and detailed communication. Only to note that there is steep staircase between the beds and the toilet and it may be inconvenient for elderly travellers "

"Easy check-in process. There is a Lawson and a 7-11 just few steps from the apartment. Mins away from Susukino station and all the main shopping areas are nearby. Suage soup curry is just 5 mins away. Would recommend this place for family with kids. "

"We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko. Both busses stopped at the hotel and resorts, so we didn't have to slough our luggage through the snow. Also, the Kieo Plaza Hotel stored extra luggage for the week we were in Niseko. We had several heavy pieces of luggage and cutting those down to the essential ski equipment was nice. Overall the staff was extremely helpfull helping with our luggage and making sure our trip went smoothly. The room was clean and well outfitted with coffee, fridge, etc. that met our needs. Across the street is a 7-Eleven that you can get essentials at, and there is a late night bar just a couple blocks up the street, with very good food if you get in late and the resturant is closed. We ate at the Breakfast buffet Saturday and the food was excellent. Overall the Kieo Plaza Hotel was a perfect fit and I highly reccomend staying there."

"The Hotel Emion in Sapporo was a perfect stay for arriving in Japan for the first night! The facilities are clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful with plenty of amenities which we didn’t have time to even get to all of them. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I recommend this hotel for anyone but especially those looking for a conveniently located place close to Sapporo Station. "
