"I had a room facing the street that was beautiful for sunrise but very noise around 4am, when large trucks used their airbrakes. Interior room have windows into lightshafts that don't suite me. The room itself was nice. It takes about 5 minutes for the hotwater to arrive in the shower. Reception staff were ok. Dinning room staff were very accomodating."

"The property is in a good locatio and easy walking distance to La Condesa neighborhood. The property is quiet and the one bedroom apartment is spacious. The bathroom is a really good size and the shower and toilet are in separate enclosures. The water pressure for the shower is good too and the water gets hot. The only words of caution is that the apartment does not have a heater that gets very warm. I believe the max the heater goes is about 73 degrees. So if you are a person that is always...

"Excellent stay in Polanco! The hotel is perfectly situated, close to the main attractions in the city and walking distance from excellent dinning and shopping experiences. The hotel is great and it has its own very good dining options, as well as a great little coffee shop with delicious baked good which is perfect for early morning excursions."

"Loved the people all very nice and polite and attentive. Walking distance to Myndoe great mall and restaurants the other ones and Walmart you need a Uber they charge little. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a coffee maker in the room or the lobby offers coffee but not all night so if you want a cup late or very early morning your out of luck. The restaurant there is good staff great maybe a few more items could be added on menu not Mexican food. I am a very picky eater after a few days want different food. Also maybe a ic machine added they did leave us a bottle of water but I like cold water drink all night a day would have been nice to have ice for cold water. So a few updates small other wise great stay."
