"Very nice, clean, quiet boutique hotel. We were allowed to checkin early since the room is already available. Marina Bay Sands view is a plus. Staff are friendly and courteous, excellent breakfast selections, very convenient to travel within the city either via grab or mrt (somerset station) and just right beside the Orchardgateway mall, so lots of dinning and shopping options. Will stay here again if ever we wiil come back to Singapore and will recommend to relatives and friends. "

"My first room had malfunctioning airconditioning, and the beds are very firm. Staff moved me to a new (ice cold!) room very quickly, and arranged for additional duvets. Excellent service. The cafe in the lobby also makes good iced lattes, too. Note I find many beds much too firm in Asia, its more a commentary about my side sleeping and bony hips than it is about the facilities."
