"The front door was broken at the time and they were refinishing the floors. We had an awful recommendation for dinner and a place to have drinks. Staff was friendly, room was clean and had many amenities. The pull out was awful. "

"We chose this hotel to stay 1 night on our first trip ever to Ireland (long stopover on a connecting flight), and it was perfect for that. Able to walk to at least a dozen nearby pubs, including a district that includes one of the most famous pubs in Ireland, many of them buzzing with nightlife. "I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much.
