"Very relaxing and beautiful stay. All of the staff were wonderful and so helpful. Very family friendly - from the play areas to the pools to meals. Amazing to be able to have the gorge almost to oneself to explore in the morning. Best stay of our 2+ week trip staying in luxury hotels. Wish we had booked a longer trip and we look forward to returning for another relaxing stay!"

"Nice hotel, you can tell hotel really took care of some of the details. If offers bath tub (with relaxing salt), steam bath (with levender smell therapy). However restaurant was not up to to the standards, breakfast was soso, dinner buffet ($1000ntd) was good at all. During dinner we saw some debris that was left at the plate area from breakfast, meaning they didn't do a thorough clean after breakfast? And no soft drinks for it's buffet which was rare as well. "

area are lovely, too. The hotel opened recently (Dec 2024?) hence the condition of all aspects of the space is flawless. There is a visible challenge for the hotel due to the earthquake which has affected tourism in Hualien: the guest numbers were shockingly low for such a fantastic hotel - but this also meant that the sky bar was only open on...
