"Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. When I stayed here the place was dirty and not well kept. The staff were rude. Overall a pretty bad time. There's much nicer places for the same price or cheaper on the island."

"Beach was not nice or usable, the shower was only trickle and the AC was way too cold at night. The upside was the daily excursions were offered for a very reasonable price and there was a fun vibe. Staff was not very helpful when I lost something, they didn’t even try to look for the item. "

"I had the most amazing two night stay here. The staff are all absolutely incredible and very welcoming; smiles everywhere you go! I stayed in an ocean front pool room and it was absolutely stunning. Loved all the amenities, the SALA spa was wonderful, beach bar was great.. cannot say enough good words about this resort. A must!"
