"We had to clean the room and make the beds, but the staff were very nice and the location was perfect. Close to the lake, amazing views, and excellent price. We would stay again "

"Wonderful..nearby carrefour market and walkable to the annemasse train station and the geneva tram lone stop at parc gardens.the price is affordable for a complete appartment in the city...the reception was helpful too and friendly staff..the staff speak both english and french and were quite helpful..so many other shopping malls and restaurants in the area..I loved my stay."

"My room was not made up so after several phone calls they switched me to another room. My only issue was that they directed me to an unsecured closet with keys to every room in an unsecured key box. Very unsafe anyone could have accessed it and have access to any room. Also not able to communicate well in English "

"Great base, short walk to town centre and 5 minutes to ski lifts. We had young children and the walk from the lifts back to the accommodation with skis was too much, so worth renting a locker at the ski lifts"

"The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail. There were however a few niggles about the location which is voted great on Expedia but…it’s not if you don’t have a car or you’re a non skier. "Stayed overnight on way home from the Alps and the location was perfect. We didn't really use the kitchenette or shower but both were clean and new. This means the value for us was not excellent but if you were staying in the area for a day or two this would be a great budget stay. Is on a semi industrial site so not picturesque but good location for surrounding area."

"The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Our room and bathroom were nicely appointed, with space to move around and store our items. Loved the window that opened to enjoy the view of Lake Annecy and the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most spoke English well (as with anywhere in France, always start with "bonjour"). We arranged for a reserved parking space in their snug-but-manageable underground parking area. It is an easy 3-4 minute walk from the hotel to the main old town area. Will stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return!"
