"Alfonso took great care of us during our two days in West Kelowna. We pre-ordered our breakfast and it was served to our table at the time we requested. He provided us with helpful tips with respect to wine tours and local sites to see. Our room and bed linen were clean, as was the ample washroom. We quite enjoyed our stay. "

"This stay was for a medical stop-over on a return trip from Southern BC. I was travelling with my sister and my German Shepherd Dog. The room was the perfect size with a King Bed and room to set up Pluto’s bed and still able to move around. I was also able to get a late checkout so that my sister could wait with my GSD while I attended my appointment. Made for less stress, all the way around! "What a beautiful property! I loved the old titanic feel and it was very easy to check in/check out. The staff was all very friendly. The windows are a bit old so they felt like they might break when opened but other than that it was a perfect stay! "
