"The hotel is definitely dated.. but the price reflects that. Regardless, my room and bedding were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good. Parking was easy. Access to highways and expressways were also easy. I didn’t need much and didn’t spend much time at the hotel as I was out and about most days of my stay.. so it was perfect for me. No complaints."

"Good quality price hotel, very spacious rooms. Everything was great except for the hot water which was not hot and more like a little warm. Other than that service was great, they offer bottles of water and free parking. Not more around the property and a bit noisy outside with truck and people screaming. "

"We were bummed some of the areas were closed and the pool heater wasn' working. It wasnt clear how trash and housekeeping worked and had to figure it out and ask as we went rather than explain up front. "

"O apartamento é confortável e espaçoso. Por ter várias utilidades domésticas, facilita muito a estadia de famílias maiores. A TV de um dos quartos estava quebrada, e mesmo falando que poderia fazer a troca no dia seguinte, em questões de minutos foi substituída. A única coisa que ficou a desejar foi o piso da cozinha que estava escorregadio. "

"The home that we rented was fully furnished and located right near the pool. Christmas was memorable for my family. We enjoyed our mini vacation. This has been the 4th house I have rented in Margaritaville. I had to do a little cleaning before settling in with family. Overall great spot for shopping, movies and dining out. I definitely will return real soon."

"This is a property with many apartment buildings in a nice area of good view. I like the deck on the lake side and I can sit on the water side to relax. However, the buildings look old maybe due to too many floodings from Hurricanes. My studio had a good kitchen, but I only stayed one night with no chance to use it. I did not take a shower as no water came out. "
