"I had a wonderful stay at the Cromwell Arms recently. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and amenities. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choice, and the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Romsey and conveniently located in the area. Highly recommended!"

"Comfortable room with adequate facilities. Room was a bit cold to start with as there was no heating on, despite winter weather. Heating was by direct electric panel heater so was reasonably quick to act. Set 3 course evening meal was OK but not great value. Breakfast good. We may well use this hotel again."

"We stayed 2 nights over the New Year. It is very near my family so very convenient. We had our dog with us and were given an amazing room on the ground floor with a door to the garden. Very convenient. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I won't stay anywhere else now when I visit the family. "I never usually leave reviews but this hotel was impressive. Stunning decor throughout, it smelt beautiful, so clean and the bed was so comfy! When I walked into my room the heating was on so it was lovely and warm! The bathroom was luxury and I’m pretty sure it had heated flooring.
