"I never usually leave reviews but this hotel was impressive. Stunning decor throughout, it smelt beautiful, so clean and the bed was so comfy! When I walked into my room the heating was on so it was lovely and warm! The bathroom was luxury and I’m pretty sure it had heated flooring. I loved the fact there were wine glasses and cutlery in the room too. Coffee machine and milk in the fridge! It really was perfect! The staff were so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! "We enjoyed our stay here, walking distance to town and local shops/restaurants. Enjoyed being able to have facilities to make our own breakfast, although there is a restaurant downstairs. The shower was brilliant, water pressure was really good and the soaps provided were lovely. If we would niggle at anything it was the kettle took ages to boil, the loft bed light didn't work and the wall had some staining on it. But other than that a great night's sleep!"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Cromwell Arms recently. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and amenities. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choice, and the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Romsey and conveniently located in the area. Highly recommended!"
