I checkin at 21.00 and he directly address me by name and went above and beyond to ensure providing anything i might need and ensure im comfortable and happy, unfortunately due to my very short stay in the hotel i didnt needed but good sleep. "Lovely hotel with plenty restaurants etc in the hotel or within a few minutes walk. All the staff we interacted with were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast with a wide range of choices. Nice rooftop pool and recommend mosaic restaurant on 8th floor. Overall a wonderful choice for a city hotel, but obviously not if being on a beach is important. Taxis are cheap and metro is closed by so can get to all main places easily"

"Top quality hotel with friendly staff and located within walking distance from the souq. We stayed in a room with 2 twin beds with a city view. "My family and I decided to stay here during new year. The room was nice, larger than in the pictures but dimmer than expected. The LED lights inside the room were cool and everything was pretty high-tech, however there was some issues controlling the AC temperature with the iPad provided. Moreover, the view was underwhelming due to it being blocked by the outer part of the Torch building.
