"We discovered this hotel when visiting our Montreal daughter at Christmas time. It was not surprising that our grandchildren love the heated pool. What was surprising was how much my husband enjoyed it, too. We are just home to Massachusetts after our 2nd stay. We'll be back!"

"There were three of us sharing a room, so it would have been better if we were provided three bottles of water and plastic glassed. A minor point, or an otherwise very pleasant experience."

"The hotel stay was overall pretty good. Only a few little hiccups. We brought a blow up mattress as my kids don't like to share a bed. to make room, I moved one of the beds over by six inches and mess under the bed was really gross. Also, mid way through our stay the pool was closed for maintenance. I get things happen, but my kids were disappointed. Front desk staff is amazing."
