"This is a subdivided residential unit. It's small and does not have a table for eating. We found that it was missing some basic amenities like bedding for the second bed, hand soap and tea towels. There was also a party above us the night we stayed. The host was responsive on WhatsApp. I would not stay again."

"Our stay was brilliant, we came by train and arrived at 9am. Checking in staff were brilliant and rang us at 10:30 to say the room was ready! Room lovely and warm with plenty of room and good facilities. All staff in hotel were cheerful, friendly and helpful. Swimming pool lovely."

"Our deluxe room was warm with a very comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom was a good size with a bath and a shower with a large head. The towel rail was on so the towels were warmed. Unfortunately the water was tepid when we wanted to shower in the morning. On contacting reception we were told that hot water would be available in an hour, too late for us. However, on checking out we were refunded 50% of our stay charge so felt that was very fair. Dinner in the bistro was very good although...

"This is a budget hotel that delivers on their promise. You can park at the hotel premises, free of charge, and the check-in was easy. The room was basic but clean and the furniture functional (desk, tool, bedside table). Good TV with cable access to Netflix etc. The Wi-Fi was a hit and miss but I connected via my phone hotspot and could work all evening. Michelle (energetic and helpful manager) was very friendly and helpful. I ordered dinner /drinks for my room. Note that there is no tea/coffee...
