"Very nice hotel room is very comfy. The beds are comfortable and the bath water is very hot which is a plus for me . Only negative thing I have to say is that there is only two elevators for the building and one isn’t working so staying in the 5th fooor kinda sucked. Also breakfast could be a little later like other hotels they end theirs really early "

Disappointing to be told during stay (not at checkin) that I would have to move out early a day earlier due to renovation. "Lovely boutique hotel one block from Calle Ocho in Little Havana. Very chic. Softest bathrobe I have ever worn! Sheets and bed luxurious. Room small, but I think I had the least expensive one. Bathroom large and chic. Nice outdoor seating. Continental breakfast, although no napkins and we were unsure where to put used dishes. No pool. Great spot to enjoy Little Havana! Nice getaway. 25 minutes drive to South Beach."

"Great experience. Everyone was professional and friendly, and it was clear that good service is a priority. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The only thing I will note was that the room floors were not so clean, and left your socks/feet dirty after walking around. Otherwise, 10/10 experience, and will return. Location is very convenient, with a grocery store, mall, and food options within 5min walking distance. About 15-20min from MIA and 30-35min from cruise terminal."
