"This is a premier hotel on a gorgeous property. Service was 5 stars. Only complaint was Fontana restaurant was pretty disappointing. Our salads were not very crisp or fresh and our pasta dishes were drowned in sauce, cool and overdone. Lastly we were stuck in a very brightly lit corner and pretty much ignored by staff. Rest of stay was impeccable but sadly would avoid the restaurant or stay away from pasta dishes at minimum. "

"Great communication with host(s). Easy to find. No complaints about the property whatsoever. Parking is on the street, and I found that a bit challenging. Sad to see so much garbage strewn on the streets. Obviously, the hotel cannot control that, but it is gives you an idea of how others take care of their neighborhood."

"This property is very good and very close to the airport. The rooms and the service is just amazing and maintain a good quality. shuttle service to the airport is great considering it's proximity to the airport. The only downside is the flight noise as it's close to the airport. Other than that, price and the place was beautiful and the hotel was very accomodative."

"We had an amazing experience at iCoconutGrove, in Coconut Grove, Miami. The location is unbeatable—the best in the Grove. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and secure, and being within a hotel meant access to great amenities like the gym and pool. Free parking was a huge bonus for Miami, and they even included a $30 gift card to Greenstreet Cafe, an iconic brunch spot nearby. Overall, it’s incredible value for money and the perfect place to stay in the Grove. Highly recommended!"
