"Attractive and well appointed property in the heart of historic downtown Franklin. Would suggest a courtyard view room if it’s availability as central courtyard is beautifully set up. Concierge staff go out of their way to accommodate every request. Samantha and her colleagues made our stay perfect. They were helpful, cheerful and welcoming. We loved the “whiskey talk” and tasting. And thank you for the complimentary valentine champagne. A great place to stay in this lovely town."

"We really liked our room. We had a two queen suite and it was very nice and roomy. The staff were very nice and friendly. The couch is not at all comfortable and don’t plan on anyone sleeping on the pull out bed. The queen beds were comfortable and it’s nice to have the full refrigerator. There was construction outside the hotel and it’s frustrating to get to since you always have to do a U-turn when coming from anywhere. There isn’t anything within walking distance. "Beautiful hotel, new and very clean. Good location with easy parking. The room was very clean, smelled good and the beds and pillows were super comfy. Morning breakfast was good, Plenty was offered (pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, oatmeal, fresh fruit, etc.) very nice breakfast spread."

"We stayed on Valentines Day and the stay was perfect. Easy check in, clean room, welcoming and helpful staff, great area, good breakfast. Check out was 12 not 11 so that was great! The hot tub was down but said we could go to the Courtyard and use that one. So I would highly recommend the Residence Inn to anyone. "
