Front desk and concierge staff were great. So we’re good staff. Hotel just wasn’t clean and slow at everything. Hallways smelled. Little things not done like trash picked up by tables at the pool or service lingered for 40 minutes for a drink. It’s nice but not a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel ,superb apartment with wonderful views, staff were outstanding and couldnt do enough for us.Breakfast was amazing. Cant wait to go back.
