"staff have excellent service skills and attitude. waterpark hot tub was not hot, as their sign stated. they are working on it. hopefully the next time we visit it will be hot, as it really helps us stay warm when we watch the kids"

"The hotel was nice, and the room had a pull out bed we weren't expecting. The area is right across from the convention center but on a no concert night, it was less than ideal."

"Stayed here for the first time and loved our experience. Easy parking, clean rooms and great staff/ excellent service. Only cons would be that we found the pillows to be small, and the breakfast was just okay. (Breakfast potatoes were super dry) but other than that good quality for the price."
