"I was in Lubbock two nights. Good service from staff. Facilities were in good shape. New pool area looks good. But the second night, past midnight, loud laughing and a barking dog close to my room was unpleasant. Went on about 30 minutes. This is the second time dogs barking late. Apparently Best Western caters to barking dog owners."
