"Great place to stay, location is perfect and lots of nice restaurants on same street. Large apartment style room, beautiful full wall window looking out over city. Secure building. Parking near by, enough spaces, reasonable rates. Plank Restobar on main floor off lobby was amazing way to end our evening."

"There were no wash cloth, kitchen towels, or hand towel. I guess you have to take those with you. We had to buy a bar of soap and a body scrubber. You have to get into shower before you turn the water on. The shower head is not adjustable. You can hear upstairs noise and voices. Otherwise convenient and clean. "

"This is a downtown Hamilton property gem in a depressed area of town. It is conveniently located across from the conference centre. The drawback is that there are many homeless people milling about the dirty and busy streets in the immediate neighbourhood. The property itself was nicely decorated for the holiday season, staff were friendly and helpful and the place was very clean. We would return and recommend."

"Gordon on front desk was amazing. I had to find somewhere last minute to stay and I had a lot going on. Gordon problem solved, was patient and couldn't have been more professional or helpful. A little bit far to walk places for older person, but that's not the hotel's fault."
