"The hotel is a credit to the owner in every respect. My wife and I were on holiday to sample various areas of Germany. All staff were most welcoming and helpful. We only had one evening meal there but it was outstanding, and we have eaten in many fine restaurants around the world. It was the first stop on our holiday and it could not have been better. "Loved our stay and the room was amazing! Loved the interior design and the castle interior itself was a delight to admire. If only we didn’t have a tight schedule we would’ve definitely stayed 2 more nights. Complementary drinks were very good and speakers in the bathroom was amazing. The bed was so comfortable we slept so well. The only thing is the wifi isn’t strong so it wasn’t convenient to contact reception you had to keep going down. Also please update your hotel entrance on google because it was completely incorrect pointing us to the back entrance of the property which was locked and had no idea how to access it until a local saw us with luggages and offered to drop us off. The next day when we left the uber driver had the same issue not knowing how to access the property because google pointed him where we were initially dropped off at the back of the property so the bell man had to direct him. Otherwise our stay was fantastic! "
"The Moxy is a great hotel. Very conveniently located within walking distance of shopping areas and the historical city center. Clean, safe area around the hotel. I was traveling alone for my first 2 days in Frankfurt and felt very safe staying at the Moxy. Wide variety of items available each morning with the included breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!"
