"There are ups and downs with this place the ups, most important thing for me was that the bed was really comfy and facilities worked well. Breakfast was ok, staff were very friendly. Downs, carpet looks like it's been there for far too long, the lift was broken so it was stairs to 5th floor, only 2 slice toaster for lots of people was a bit silly.
