"The cutest place!! Amazing stuff! The food is to die for! The views of the mountains are incredible. Beautiful sunsets. It is far from Rome but so worth it. Lots of animals on the property, beautiful places to walk around and take photos! Home made meals every night. Lots of delicious options. Their Gnocchi is the best Gnocchi ever! The hotel is tired and can use a fresh update. The staff maintained excellent and welcoming service. This hotel was a gem in its day but the staff and service shine bright!"

"The room we had was clean, the bed was comfortable. I definitely recommend eating at their restaurant, it was excellent. We missed the included breakfast however they packed some pastries for us to eat in the car. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. "

"We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff were helpful and spoke English. The pool was an added bonus and the location was perfect for us to attend a concert at Alba Fucens' amphitheatre! The only slight negative was that the water pressure in the shower was not stable so it was fine one minute then it surged and was too hot. The only reason I gave it a 4* for the property facilities. Otherwise we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends."

"Our family of four stayed comfortably in the Castle's tower with unlimited access to the jacuzzi and deck space just outside the door. Maria and her team provided an exceptional, personalized experience including a tour describing the history of the Castle's beautifully restored spaces with extensive murals and tapestries. Perfect balance of being submerged in history with all of the modern comforts and conveniences. "
