"A lovely modern hotel which is very clean and smells divine . The staff are very helpful. Lovely pool areas and the breakfast has so much choice. Drinks aren’t the cheapest but you get at least a double if you are having spirits. The immediate area has some good restaurants, cafes and bars, but not too many, so it’s not too busy. There’s a bus stop and a taxi rank a few steps away which is very good if you want to explore and do not have a car. Bus fare into los Cristianos was 2 euros 55 cents. Overall a great place to stay for all ages . "

"Very relaxing and beautiful hotel. Had such a wonderful stay here. Property was clean and staff were so friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much of an ask for us. The concierge staff helped booked excursions, grab taxis and always did things with a smile on their face. Olivier at reception was so funny and always made us laugh and feel at home, he was one of our favourite people, thank you so much for making our stay so special. Bar staff were lovely too, and the cocktails they made a great! Best cosmo I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was a HUGE range. Fresh pancakes made for you, big buffet to choose from. All round brill experience. We stayed in a villa with a hydro tub. Beautiful views and the villa was gorgeous. Housekeeping kept the place very clean and room service was prompt. I’d really recommend this place as a relaxing place to stay, and if you want a bit of peace then you would be good to book here. If you want to be in the action, there are closer hotels by the beach, but we didn’t mind waking the 5 -10 mins it takes to walk down. Taxis are cheap too if you want to go further afield "

"Barceló team members were outstanding and provided great service. Breakfast and dinner buffets consistently showed a very good quality. Room air conditioner only able to keep the room at about 75 degrees F (24 C) and bathroom/ room ventilation didn’t work very well at all, but balcony was outstanding and was able to sleep cool enough with balcony slider open all night once the sun went down."
