"Was an excellent stay. We stayed there twice in one week and both times they had great service. The people were outstanding. I would recommend this to any of my friends. The room was very clean. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The only thing that was iffy was the air conditioning controls other than that it was great."

"Cheap hotel but u get what u pay for. The front desk is much nicer than they use to be but overall it's a work in progress. Under new owner I've heard and the hotel room are getting increasingly better as time goes on. The last issue we had was the bathroom sink faucet running non stop. "

"I am hooked. From now on, this will be my first preference Hotel to stay at. It made me feel like I was at home and not at a hotel. It was very clean and had plenty stores nearby to accommodate your needs. I highly recommend this hotel located in Cleveland,Tn. The clerks were exceptional nice who worked with you to make your stay comfortable. Eddie was very nice. He had to assist me, after closing hours, to help me enter my room. He was pleasant and had lots of patience. "
