"We reserved a room the day before and drove all night to avoid a snow storm. It worked. We arrived at 6:30am. The hotel front desk personnel said they would do their best to get us a room early. And they did. We got a room at 10am and were able to get neesed rest while it snowed heavy. We appreciated the effort of the staff tremendously. We will return. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. "

"My wife and I wanted a 5 night getaway in Nashville, and this hotel is in a great location to walk to Broadway, CMHF, and other major venues. The room was comfortable, well designed with nice beds, plenty of space to spread out, and great lighting and USB charging ports. We had a problem with the auto valet - they lost our car twice, once assigning it to another person, and another time bringing the wrong car from the garage. Average time to deliver the car, when they found it, was around 20...

"Located walking distance from Broadway and the Country music hall of fame, the Embassy Suites was a perfect location. The onsite restaurant was delicious. They offered 2 free cocktails per day and complimentary breakfast buffet. There was also live music in the dining areas. The rooms were spacious and we had a great view. We would definitely stay here again when traveling to Nashville. "

"The Staff was incredible.....all employees. We had a slight issue with check in due to orbitz and a change of dates ....the staff worked with Orbitz and the error quickly and professionally and were extremely diligent in communicating with us to let us know it will be resolved quickly. Diner staff was excellent as well....very courteous and accomodating. Would highly recommend. :-)"

"Everything about the stay at this property was excellent! Everywhere we went according to our plans were within no more than 10-15 minutes driving distance. The only thing I didn’t like was, they never cooked bacon during our stay for breakfast. I still will rate them 10/10 and will stay again."

"The hotel was beautiful and very clean. My entire family was very happy with the accommodations and the staff overall was very genuine and friendly. The only thing I hate is when you get the bill and have the extra charges. This one called it an amenity fee, others call them resort fees or similar. I just wish hotels would be upfront on their pricing and not hide it with these fees after you check in. That's always annoying and being brought to the attention of lawmakers and changing in states...
