"We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were upgraded to the 3 bedroom double storey apartment which was great. However the 2nd bedroom only had a ceiling fan, no aircon so it was quite hot in there. Decor in the 3 bedroom apartment was outdated and not to our taste, we thought we would be getting the lovely scandi decorated apartment which we were told is 'apartment 49' and needs to specifically be requested.
