The staff was very friendly, rooms and common areas were very clean. Love that they have a hotel dog (wish we could have seen him!). Thank you for a great stay, we greatly enjoyed Ottawa and the Chateau Laurier!

The Business Inn
The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and large. The hotel was close by a lot of local shops and near a couple of small grocery stores. It is also close by parliament and downtown Ottawa (but not too close). We were very happy with our stay and will book there again!

Really clean, conveniently located. It took 8 minutes to get hot water for the shower and the room is very exposed to street noise. Lovely staff. Overall great value for money but I’d bring earplugs next time!
