"A lovely hotel, very well located and definitley felt like a 5 star. The only thing I would say is the rooms were quite small compared to other hotels of that quality I have stayed at. Despite this, they were clean and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was a great size and had a bath and shower."

"Located at Gran Via closed to everything a tourist wishes to see with multiple transportation venues (metro, bus, etc). Breakfast was ok for a couple of days, one gets tired afterwards as it’s the same every day. Room was clean and very nice decorated, bed was way too firm for our taste. The rooftop was nice but too cold to enjoy it (November). The staff was friendly and attentive, overall a good experience."
