What a great stay!! Quiet, safe kind staff, went out of theirvway to welcome me and told me about all the benifits. Clean roomy well worth the extra cost. Breakfast was delish. Scrambled eggs sausage patty or links. Coffee bagels muffins cereal, and hot waffel with whip creams. I was over the moon with the stay. Thank you folks!

The room smelled of cigarettes. I was unaware that i needed to make a special request for a non smoking room. Thst option was not provided in the online reservation site. I checked in late and was too tired to make an issue of it and to be frank, did not feel like the receptionist would have changed anything.

I feel that I was grossly overcharged for my dog. I was not advised that the fee would be 75 dollars. Had I known that I would have stayed elsewhere. I will not return and will tell my friends to avoid your hotel also. They will pass it on also. I also will inform corporate as I don't think this is their policy.

Our room was so uncomfortable. Poor layout. The bathroom was so close to the bed. The door almost hit the bed when you opened and closed it. The TV was on the same wall as the bathroom door and you had to be careful when opening the door or it would hit the TV. I would not stay here again. The person responsible for the breakfast area in the morning must have been over an hour late so no hot choices except if you made a waffle. She was very apologetic though, but too bad they could not have called in someone else to cover her duties. Not the best experience for us.

Very friendly staff with great amenities. This is one of the best medium priced hotels we stays in California. They thought of all details. We checked in late but was greeted with a big smile (Aleeya, I think her name was) and yummy fresh cool water in the lobby (sounds simple but it is not). The amenities and layout of the room was great! We used the included breakfast buffet which they thought of every details. Low sugar condiments to gluten free bakery good! Highly recommend!!

A very clean and spacious place in a good location. My wife and I stayed one night during a road trip from San Jose to Las Vegas. We love the room with the mountain view and the nearby facilities (Starbucks, Wallmart Supercenter).

The hotel was nice and good location in town. BUT, morning we were suppose to check out at 11am we had a knock at door at 10am saying we were suppose to leave early due to maintenence. Then asked if we were told. We were not ready to leave and they proceeded to rush us by knocking again 20 min later. They were not very polite either.
