"The people and staff were friendly and helpful. The property itself was fairly basic and dated but clean for the most part and still functional. The lock on the back door was broken on the first night but fixed on the second night. The staff and property owners seem to be trying to keep the property attractive but it is a challenge. Location is close to most things but Lubbock isn't that large and it's a fairly easy city to get around no matter where you stay. "

"Beautiful hotel and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Only thing that wasn’t great was our bathroom was dirty. Sink and counter were covered in hair when we checked into the room. Not a huge deal but makes it questionable if they cleaned after the last person checked out. "
