The property, rooms were excellent and the staff was very friendly. Love how they decorated the rooms to give it an old farm home nostalgic look. The rooms were cozy, the amenities were Awesome! The refrigerator was stocked with drinks (alcohol/non-alcohol, wine) and the snacks were also available for sale. I will definitely stay again when I visit, highly recommend it.

One of our favorite boutique chains — this particular one is situated a good bit down Broadway from student housing and bars, so it's quiet and cozy — at least on the third floor where we stayed! We were there during a really busy weekend (Colorado game), so parking was tricky, but unlike some of the other hotels in this chain, there's ample street parking around the grounds for those who don't want to pay for valet. Great onsite restaurant, wonderful staff, and a huge courtyard with fire pits that made the cold nights feel a lot cozier. Will definitely stay again the next time we're visiting our kiddo at Tech!

A little bit pricey, BUT customer service was top notch. The facility was clean, it had proper amenities. It was very carefully crafted to understand what someone travelling might need. I loved that it had a restaurant on the grounds, and the ambiance of the fire pit, fireplace, and places to gather was very homey. I came on a work conference but want my girlfriends to arrange a trip so I can really enjoy this property. Five stars!!
