Not 5 because: -There's zero reason for them to charge for parking because it's in the middle of a giant parking lot, but the receptionist said they will tow if you don't pay. There is a Hilton Homewood Suites right in the middle of the same parking field that doesn't charge. -There's no Netflix or other streaming options on the TV, just DirectTV. -They only have super-soft feather type pillows so if you like head support, you are out of luck. "The Bakelab cafe in the lobby has excellent pastries and coffee drinks. This place has a great vide. The only minor issue was the lack of hot water in the kitchen sink in the studio unit i rented for 2 nights. All else was ex ellent!"
