"A lovely little cottage with everything you could possibly need for a weekend get away. A beautiful location set far enough back from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the peace and quiet of the country, but also situated close to Sidmouth, Exeter and more. "

"Perfect for our visit. In the area for a wedding and it really filled the bill for my wife, myself, our son and daughter and our young granddaughter. Co-op store across the street. Coffee and bakery 50 feet away. Pub with meal service 500 feet up the lane. Comfortable, large, well equipped, and charming. Will stay again at the next opportunity. Great communication with the owner and easy access to the property. "

"Very shabby inside, dirty furniture,unhygienic kitchen and no hot water in shower or bath.The shower also leaked from the wall fitting and gushed down the tiles.The carpets were dirty giving accomodation unpleasant smell. We decided to leave early but hosts didn't bother to ask if everything was ok. Would definitely not return!!!!"
