"Our room was paid and warranty however when arrived the hotel had no room for us. We are foreigners and traveled very far to this town for the annual balloon festival. The hotel receptionist told us there are no room in the town now. This business practice is unethical. The hotel sold my room for very high price due to greed. We were stranded . We have no choice but travel to next available far away town."
