We were cooking in the morning for breakfast since none of the restaurants were open at that time and we triggered the smoke detector which was good because the slightest bit of smoke it detects will alarm the fire department haha. "The hotel was excellent - very clean, comfortable and luxurious. The executive lounge as part of the penthouse package was brilliant - with breakfast and drinks included. The room was spacious, with a comfy mattress and pillows. Great location to the historic center of Vienna and to the Christmas Markets - we will be back!"

Convenient location and so quiet

"The location is perfect. There is a grocery store in the same block, a huge train station with shops and restaurants across the street, and bus and tram stops a short walk away. The Belvedere Palace is nearby. The hotel was very quiet and we never heard any street noise or other people in the hotel. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vienna, especially if you plan on using public transportation and/or visiting other cities. "
