"チェックインの時の説明が十分な内容でした。聞きたいと思ってたことを聞くことなく、頂いた説明で把握できました。予約した部屋より眺めのよい部屋への変更も提案いただきました。(今回は天気がよくなかったので遠慮しましたが) フロント前を通るたび「ごゆっくり」など声をかけていただき、部屋でもラウンドでもゆっくり過ごすことができました。今回、天気がよければランニングをしようと思っていました。港まで海沿いのルートで走ることができますか？景色がよさそうなので、次回楽しみにしています。"

"Hotel Gate was a fantastic place to stay. It is in a perfect location that is walking distance to the ferry terminal and shopping/dining area. The airport limousine bus has service very nearby as well. The balcony was an excellent place to relax after long days site seeing, and something that I'm not used to in many hotels. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Umbrellas were available to borrow, which was incredible when it was raining heavily and I had forgotten to pack one!"

"very clean, self check in was effortless. bright room too no free parking but nearby there's a night parking spot for just 200 yen"

"We enjoyed the room for its comfort, much needed from checking out Yamakataya, Shiroyama, Tenmonkan and Sakurajima. It's location and cleanliness were what we needed and what they offered at a very reasonable price. "

"We were on the 10th floor looking toward Sakarajima Island. Wonderful view watching the ferrys come and go. Great breakfast and lunch buffet. Also, a high end Japanese restaurant. Lots of izakayas in walking distance. Ferry to the island is a 2000 yen cab ride. Comfortable beds spacious room."

"Perfect hotel with magnificient view of the Sakurajima volcano and bay. - Our room was very spacious with two airconds, great beddings, bright clean bathroom, good amenities - Breakfast was great and nicely presented. - Free shuttle bus to the chuo line. - Staff and services were top notch, probably one of the best we have come across. We would highly recommend this hotel."
