"My Taiwan didn’t start off too hot. First the landing was delayed then I got into with immigration. I was staying at the hotel because of a long layover, maybe the airport should build an onsite hotel so layovers wouldn’t have to deal with immigration. After a few rude taxi drivers and airport security guards I had it with Taiwan, I wouldn’t want to come here for tourism with everyone being so rude. "Had to book last minute for a layover and while not the most modern, everything was clean and breakfast was delicious. Staff was very accommodating when we requested late checkout. Each room has a garage and you go up a few flights of stairs. Very spacious, huge bathoom with massive tub, shower, and a sauna (depending on the room). Separate sitting area from bedroom with water, kettle, mini fridge, coffee, tea, etc. Highly recommend!"
