The main area Piazza IX Aprile and shopping area is about 15-20min walk. Isola Bella is really far but doable about 30min walk. The hotel staff was really wonderful and helpful. Lufthansa lost our bag and we didn't get it back until the 3rd day. The staff did everything with calling the delivery guy...

"The room was nice. Be sure to not try to walk to this property from the train station. Google maps says 34 minutes, but half of it is a mountain trail, steep and narrow. We should have turned back, but we kept thinking, "we can make it." We did, barely. Took an hour and a half with luggage. "
