"The property is huge as it is an entire apartment , and the beds are comfortable , with the spare bedding for winter. There is also the use of a shared washing maching and a great rooftop to look out from or hang washing.. The front desk is not 24/7 although im sure if you phoned someone would answer, eventually.., The place could really do with a good deep clean and a revamp entirely, as it does have great potential with a few caring touches. Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. "

"We had to stay one night in Ourzozate in our way to Marakech. Badr was the reception and he is nice and helpful in any ways. He did his best to make our stay great. The apartment is in great condition and a cafe next to it. We had dinner and breakfast over there. We enjoyed our meals. "

"This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room. Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient. Great beds and the comforters were thick and heavy keeping us warm. The staff got up early and served us breakfast before sunrise at 7:45 am as we were headed to Merzouga that morning."
