"Enjoyable stay with courteous service. We chose this hotel for its central location, connection to the Ipoh Mall and the 6 EV charging bays for hotel guests (at RM1.05/kWh). Our room on the Concept (12th) floor came with a jacuzzi, and overall it was spacious and comfortable, but with some hits and misses. "I am staying in room 936, please repair the room : 1/ hanger behind the toilet doir had lost, please put back 1, 2/ the crntralist aircond is warm even put 15C and it is very noisy 3/ the paint on the toilet door wear off, please repaint 4/ the room had not supply face towel and no reply on requst on 25.1.2020 on request til next day meeting up the cleaner only resolve the problem of toiletary supply."

"The building was beautiful, the staff were fantastic. It’s across from a park and walkable to all the town has to offer. Small quibbles were the internet - kept going in and out, and while the breakfast was more than plentiful, the food was not kept warm. Will stay again if we’re in town. "

"Stayed in the family and friends suite. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Family loved it. Very convenient water dispenser. Hot, cold and warm water. Roomy bathroom with tub and shower. Close enough to Ipoh center. Far enough to be quiet and peaceful. "

"Love the location of the property, away from main road and set back, not far from Brinchang town. Beautiful property ground, love our room facing the mountain! Staff was very friendly. Service and food at The Lantern Chinese restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffer was good but could improve with more rotation of different varieties of food. We stayed 3 nights and breakfast quickly became very repitative."

"A decent hotel. Rooms and bathroom were generous size however safe was non functional and couldn’t be fixed. although they offered to leave one on the floor for us this was not satisfactory. Grout in shower requires bleach but otherwise clean. One towel and one doona cover had a rip/hole so some upgrading is required. Overall quite adequate and centrally located and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "

"Their king size bed feels much bigger than the usual king size, which is awesome! Love their Nasi Lemak at breakfast, especially the chilli! Delicious! Don’t forget to grab an apple/ orange on your way out after breakfast! "

"The property is older and has mould and bugs which are hard to ignore. We liked having the fridge, kettle and large space but the fridge was not cleaned well and I feared setting things down on the bottom. Our room was at the end of the building (quieter) but the wifi did not reach to connect. We had suggested drivers from the hotel cancel on us and little help from the front desk on options. "Planned a trip with friends. Had a little hiccup during registration where my friend didn’t have enough cash for the deposit but they were kind enough to accept however much she had. And on review when I checked out, I found out that they had actually upgraded our booking to a Villa. Loved the ambience. Comfortable beds. Nice cool indoors. Will certainly love to visit again"
