"Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling... But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable. So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...

"I would give this hotel a 3.5! Our family overall enjoyed our stay. We particularly loved the infinity pool, the view from the top floors (including buffet view) and the overall spaciousness of the hotel. As for the cleanliness, unfortunately our bedsheets although « clean » were incredibly stained from use (yellowing and marks). I think if the facilities were to improve the bedsheets used it could be great! "

"I will said this is quite a nice hotel given that i was heading to port klang. Quite a lot of food choice and a supermart nearby. The hotel setting is vintage style like the 90s but i love the vibe of the old school hotel feel with the big spacious lobby. Definitely value for money."
