"It’s is probably the best stay I ever had in any country. Location is superb with monorail linked, a mall with plenty of grocery and dining options, location right in the the heart of city, brand new facilities like swimming pool and gym, polite staff. 5 star for me all the way. Thank you. "

"Unless you book for 7 nights, there is no room service/cleaning and if you want clean towels you have to request them downstairs at the reception. We have had change of bed sheets for any of the 4 nights we stayed in the hotel."

"The ac and fan not working when we arrived. the wall was dirty. they left a dead plant in the apartment. one of the cushions was busted. the closet door only opened halfway - badly designed. tge freezer stink with durian odor left by previous tenant. I would not recommend this poorly-maintained apartment to anyone. "

"The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

"Location is excellent, overlooking Changkat, Clean , comfortable,Cooker - Full size fridge , washing machine , balcony .Having access to Ramada facilities without paying Ramada prices. Lisa was very helpful. Only negatives is that cupboards were a bit old, but that doesn't matter. I will certainly stay here again."

"The property was neat having a view to petronas Tower. overall the studio apartment has most of the appliances for basic needs. i will recommend this proprty who needs a infinity pool lokking petronas and gym."

"All staff and guards are well mannered. Fast replies, attend to customers need. Well-done!!! If possible, perhaps can get a new sofa set. Do not refund them if there are water stains and all.. cleanliness need improvements. Overall i am happy."

While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues. Firstly, there was no housekeeping at all during my entire stay, which was frustrating and left the room feeling neglected. "Our stay at Hilton in Kuala Lumpur was enjoyable for many reasons. First of all, our room had an amazing view to the botanical garden, where we enjoyed our morning walks. Then of course the hotels breakfast, which offered a variety of food (local, western, Indian). Despite the hotel location in the intersection of busy city roads, you can easily access malls, garden and other places via conveniently located passes. The best of all we loved the gym and sauna with the steam rooms. The gym is well equipped."
