"Location is great, near to bustling activities and food, and would like to specially compliment all the hotel staff who are so friendly and always smiling, so much better than even worldwide franchise 5-star hotels at times. Breakfast is great with a good variety and changes through the 3 days stay. But hope that the management will look into upgrading the room conditions and amenities, aircon is not cold at times, bathroom needs a refreshing, clothes hangers are coming apart a little.. but overall really a great stay"
